Therefore, we follow a no refunds/no return policy.

Exceptions:

• Returns or exchanges are only eligible if you receive a wrong or damaged product.

• Exchanges can also be requested in case of a size issue, subject to availability of the required size.

To initiate, your item must be in its original container and you will need to provide the receipt/proof of purchase and proof (damage/size issue) at thebowberry@gmail.com.

Once your return/exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
